| Yorkshire Lamb |

The expansive and tranquil Yorkshire Dales
unquestionable occupy some of the finest
countryside in Britain. Here the traditional
extensive farming methods produce Lamb
which has a superb flavour and tenderness
unlike any other. We are proud to offer a range of cuts from the ever popular leg roasting joint to tasty lamb chops in mint. |
| Free Range Pork |

Our Free Range Pork is sourced from the Vale
of York from fourth generation farmers. The
farm specializes in breeding and rearing
traditional breed pigs outdoors in welfare-
friendly conditions, where they have plenty
of space in which to roam, root and
wallow. This results in pork which is succulent, full of flavour and with crackling from the days of old! |
| Poultry and Game |

All our poultry comes from the British
mainland with the majority comming from
Middleton on the Wolds where it is reared
and produced by farmers T Soanes & sons
and from Peter Gradon at Marsh Dene Farm,
near Halifax on the edge of the pennines.
Our game is sourced from North Yorkshire
and the Dales. We offer a broad range of Chicken from whole bird roasts to our ever popular oven ready range of products. |
| Award Winning Sausages |

We have always specialized in producing our
own traditional sausages, but since we won
the Thin Pork Sausage category in the Great
Yorkshire Pie and Sausage competition in
November 2005, sales have lifted to another
level! Our range covers most tastes from our Traditional Breadcrumb Pork through to the Complete Breakfast Sausage which contains black pudding, tomatoes, bacon and mushrooms. |
| Dry Cured Bacon |

Our dry cured bacon has won us several
awards including a European Gold Medal. It is
produced at our premisses with a dry
mixture of salt, saltpeter and sugar, and
more importantly, NO WATER. This gives us a bacon that is not too salty which does not shrink in the pan. Just like bacon should be!! Our Danish Gammons are a mild cure and produce great steaks! |
| Burgers & BBQ products |

We produce burgers to satisfy the demands
of todays concientious consumer. All our
burgers are made from quality cuts and are
high in meat content with minimal added
water. (most having none). The pork and
apple is really tasty and makes a nice
change, while the Texan Grills are extra lean,
containing mild chilli oil and chopped green
chillis. Our range of kebabs keeps growing. The latest additions being the hand made chicken kebabs in two flavours, Hot & Spicy and Lemon Pepper. |

winners, our pork pies speak for themselves.
If you have never tasted a real Yorkshire pork
pie then you should treat yourself to the
original fast food! All produced on the premises, we have a range of pies to suit all tastes. One of our latest ideas was to team up with Yorkshire Brewer Timothy Taylors to produce a delicious Steak & Ale Pie containing their famous Landlord Ale. |
| Dutch Calf Liver and other Offal |
| Dutch Calf Liver is liver for the coinnoisseur. As well as being good for you, this product makes a lovely and light meal. It is every bit as good as anything you can get at a top restaurant. Very easy to cook, just dip in seasoned flour and pan fry until just cooked! |
