All our poultry comes from the British mainland with the majority coming from Middleton on the Wolds where it is reared and produced by farmers T Soanes & sons and from Peter Gradon at Marsh Dene Farm, near Halifax on the edge of the Pennines. Our game is sourced from North Yorkshire and the Dales.

We offer a broad range of Chicken from whole bird roasts to our ever popular oven ready range of products.
