Breast of Yorkshire Spring Lamb, boned and rolled
up,
then threaded onto bamboo sticks. We then coat
these
in a mixture of oil with garlic and Spanish herbs.
Cook these
until they are slightly crispy, in the oven, on the
barbecue or under the grill and enjoy the taste of
summer. These are one of our favourites and are
very
popular in the shop.
