Individual Beef Wellingtons

Our individual beef wellingtons are made with pieces of our extra mature fillet steak topped with brussels pate' and then wrapped in delicious puff pastry.

Cooking instructions. Place on baking tray and cook in pre-heated oven at moderate heat for 35 minutes for medium.
