Extra Low Fat Chicken & Pork Sausages: We originaly made these sausages due to popular demand from local slimming groups. Members wanted to eat sausages without incuring "sins". We came up with this recipe using extra lean pork and fresh chicken fillet. We sent some away to an independent lab for testing and they rang us up to see what was in them because they were the lowest fat sausages they had ever tested!
