| How to Order |
| Select the product you wish to purchase and add the number required to your basket. Continue adding products to your basket until you have completed your order. When you are ready click on the checkout in the top menu or at the left hand side of the page and this will take you to the “log-on” page. If you have shopped with us before you can enter your e-mail address and password (which you will have been given on your previous visit) and go on to the next page. If you are new to the site just enter your email address and you will be asked for your postcode. You will then be asked to choose your delivery method (i.e. Express post or local delivery). The next step will inform you of the delivery courier charge and will ask for your address and contact phone number. Once you have agreed to our terms and conditions you will be transferred to a secure server where you can input your credit/debit card details for them to be authorised. You will then be informed that your order has been accepted and will be sent an e-mail as confirmation. Packaging Your order will be packed into an insulated box with ice gel packs to keep your products cold and in tiptop condition. The meat will be vacuum packed to seal in the freshness and labelled to make it convenient for putting in your freezer. Products such as stir-fry will be sealed in plastic trays to protect the product. Delivery If you are outside our local delivery area, your order will be delivered by next day courier service. If we receive your order before noon we will endeavour to send it out that afternoon to be delivered the following day. Orders placed between Friday and Monday inclusive will be delivered on Tuesday. If we have a problem with your order we will try to contact you but if we are only short of the odd product, we may replace it with something similar with the same or greater value. Your order could be delivered anytime between 8.00am and 5.30pm. When you place your order you can specify an alternate delivery address such as a place of work or a neighbours house and there is a comment box on the online order form where you can advise us of your preferred delivery date or maybe instructions to leave the box in a preferred safe place. If you are not in when your order is delivered, our courier will try to leave your order with a neighbour, if that is not possible they will leave it in a safe place.
