Our very special Venison comes from Scotland, where it has been free to roam and mature in its own time; the result is a healthy, lean meat which is also flavoursome and decadent.

Haunch cuts hand selected by our butchers make ideal roasting joints and only the finest meat is diced to be used for hearty casseroles.
